The OTD Energy 2027 floor plan is filling. As of today, 3,978 of 6,317 sqm across Halls B, C and E are booked or reserved — 63% of the total stand area. The numbers below are pulled live from the booking system and update the moment a stand changes hands.
Per-hall breakdown
- Hall B — 80% booked. 2,008 of 2,502 sqm. The fastest-filling of the three; the remaining open stands are concentrated along the outer aisles.
- Hall E — 63% booked. 1,636 of 2,598 sqm. Mid-pace. Mix of open stands across the floor with several mid-size 36–72 sqm plots still uncommitted.
- Hall C — 27% booked. 333 of 1,217 sqm. The most space still open — corner and middle stands available, no contention yet for the bigger plots.

What this typically means by booking pace
Pre-event sales for OTD Energy follow a predictable shape: the first 50% goes to the returning core (typically 12–18 months out), the next 30% comes during the Q1–Q2 sales push of the event year, and the final 20% goes through the summer to opening week. We are currently mid-cycle — Hall B is approaching the "returning core only" mark, while Hall C still has room for late movers.
For exhibitors with specific placement requirements (corner, near a particular entrance, adjacent to a specific neighbour), now is the time. For exhibitors who just need to be on the floor, there's still time but the inventory tightens each month.
