How much does a stand cost at OTD Energy 2027?

There's a single per-square-metre rate identical across all three halls — corner, end-of-aisle or middle of the row, priced the same — plus a flat registration fee. Stand sizes go from 12 m² to 100+ m². The full price list is in the 2027 exhibitor brochure (free, emailed in two minutes).

What stand sizes are available?

From 12 m² entry stands up to 100+ m² headline builds. Common sizes are 12, 15, 18, 20, 24, 30, 36 and 40+ m². White system walls are included; remove them at no extra cost if you bring your own build.

Are corner stands more expensive?

No. The rate per square metre is identical regardless of position — corner, end-of-aisle, or middle of the row. The registration fee is also flat regardless of stand size.

Do I need to build my own stand?

No. Plug & Play turnkey is available as an add-on through our partner ShowOff — branded walls, furniture, lighting, screens, the works. One quote, one team, on-site both days. You bring your sales team; they bring everything else.

Do exhibitors get tickets to the EnergyShow?

Yes. EnergyShow tickets are included with the stand based on size: 12–18 m² → 1 ticket, 20–24 m² → 2 tickets, 30 m² → 3 tickets, 36+ m² → 4 tickets. Additional tickets, tables and executive boxes are available to exhibitors and sponsors only.

Co-exhibitor

Two brands, one stand.

Bring a partner, distributor or sister company onto your stand for a flat per-company fee. Each co-exhibitor gets the full exhibitor treatment — its own directory listing and team badges. Visitors see both brands at one address; you split the floor cost without giving up presence.

Best for: Manufacturer + local representative, parent + subsidiary, or two specialist suppliers covering one operator chain.

Outdoor Area

When the product is the pitch.

Some kit doesn't fit a hall. Vessels, vehicles, cranes, container-mounted demos — the outdoor area sits directly outside the exhibition halls with the same visitor flow as indoor stands. Plot size and placement depend on what you're bringing; talk to sales early to lock in the spot you want.

Best for: When the product is the demo — bigger, taller or louder than indoor floor space can hold.
