Held across three exhibition halls at Stavanger Forum, in Norway's energy capital, the exhibition has grown to become the industry's primary marketplace.

OTD Energy was founded in 1999 by and for the Norwegian supplier industry — and the DNA has not changed. What has changed is scale. Today, OTD Energy is the single largest commercial meeting place for the Norwegian Continental Shelf: the operators, the EPCI and Tier-1 contractors, the drilling and subsea specialists, and the 3,000+ companies that supply them.
In 2025, 19,756 visitors from 3,200+ companies filled Stavanger Forum across two days. 826 operator delegates from 13 NCS operator companies — Equinor, Aker BP, Vår Energi, ConocoPhillips, OKEA, Harbour Energy, TotalEnergies, Shell and five more. 1,708 contractor professionals from across the integrator, subsea and drilling layers. The supply base lined the stands. The customers walked the aisles. That is the business model — and it works.
OTD Energy sits inside the OTD portfolio alongside OTD TechDays in Bergen — the West Coast supply industry meeting in odd years. Together they are the annual rhythm of offshore Norway.
