OTD TechDays 2026 — Sotra Arena, 14–15 October
The portfolio's odd-year edition runs 14–15 October at Sotra Arena, Bergen. Same exhibitor mix at the West Coast end of the NCS — supply industry meeting supply industry. Cross-portfolio exhibitors get repeat exposure within 12 months.
The Bergen edition
OTD AS runs two events in the OTD portfolio: OTD Energy in Stavanger (biennial, even years) and OTD TechDays in Bergen (annual, with the headline edition in odd years). 2026 is a TechDays year — the West Coast supply industry meeting place runs 14–15 October 2026 at Sotra Arena.
What it is
TechDays is a different audience from Energy. Where OTD Energy in Stavanger pulls the operator decision-making cluster (NCS license-holders, EPCI Tier-1 integrators, the buying side), TechDays in Bergen draws the West Coast supply chain — fabricators, mechanical workshops, subsea specialists, service providers, maritime suppliers. The exhibitors talking to each other.
The 2024 edition pulled 8,000+ visitors from 1,450+ companies across two days; 73.2% of visitors influenced purchasing decisions in their organisations. 2026 looks set to repeat the format with a refreshed exhibitor mix and the OTD GetTogether on the Tuesday evening at the Opus XVI venue.
Why it matters for OTD Energy exhibitors
If you exhibit at both events, you get two sales seasons in 12 months: TechDays in October 2026 (West Coast supply industry), Energy in October 2027 (NCS operator floor + Stavanger commercial cluster). The same visitor records carry across in our CRM, which means a TechDays lead converted in October becomes a warm conversation by the time Energy sales kick into gear in Q1 2027.
Cross-portfolio exhibitors (those who book both) typically see compounding returns — the first event opens the door, the second closes the deal. Several of the names returning to Energy 2027 first showed up at TechDays 2024 or 2025.
