On Tuesday evening, OTD Energy 2025 was officially opened with OTD Energy Outlook & Networking at Clarion Energy Hotel in Stavanger.
More than 700 participants from across the energy industry gathered for an evening filled with insights, engaging discussions, and networking – the perfect way to kick off this year’s OTD Energy ahead of two full exhibition days at Stavanger Forum.
The evening’s program took the pulse of the future of the Norwegian Continental Shelf, with presentations from Trond Omdal (Pensum Group), Linda Kåda Høiland (Equinor), and Jeroen Olthof (Emerson).
Their talks highlighted industrial, financial, and technological perspectives on how the Norwegian shelf can remain a strategic national resource for decades to come.
– To keep Norway at the forefront as an energy leader, collaboration is essential. We must team up, work together, and share our knowledge, said Linda Kåda Høiland, Senior Vice President Field Life eXtension (FLX) at Equinor, during her session.
Following the presentations, Energy Outlook Talk, moderated by Linn Kathrine Høie from Tietoevry Create, brought together a panel to discuss the key questions shaping the future of the Norwegian shelf and the supplier industry in the years ahead.
The evening concluded in true OTD spirit – with networking, great food, and lively conversations. Hundreds of professionals from Norway’s key industry came together to exchange experiences and build relationships across companies and value chains.
